Tanya keeps the team and systems humming. She has a strong background in operations and management and recently returned to New Zealand having spent 16 years working in Samoa in the education, travel and not-for-profit sectors.

Prior to that, Tanya was GM and Director of her own corporate travel consultancy in Wellington.

Tanya loves working to support the Project Crimson team, Trustees and our wonderful funders and planters throughout New Zealand.  Ruthlessly efficient, Tanya is always one step ahead of the team, and often being teased for her organisational prowess.

After many years overseas, Tanya is loving being back in her hometown of Wellington with her teenage daughter, Mia.  In her spare time Tanya loves travel, spending time with her family, and supporting the important work of our vineyard partners.
